Non-GMO Fructose is a crystalline sweetener that, besides contributing to flavor and texture, can increase the browning effects of the Maillard Reaction in baked goods. It also has some preservative qualities to enhance shelf life and is perceived by the tongue as slightly sweeter than table sugar (sucrose). Non-GMO fructose can be used to enhance the texture of frozen fruit products.

Manufacturing Process
- Non-GMO beet sugar undergoes enzymatic inversion and chromatic separation resulting in fructose and dextrose. The fructose is evaporated, crystallized, centrifuged, dried, and cooled. The material is then sieved and packaged.
